WARRANTY
Clipa Inc. ("Clipa") is committed to delivering a high standard of products. We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee that it is free of material and manufacturing defects. However, this warranty excludes normal wear and tear or damage related to misuse, abuse, neglect, and theft. The breakdown of colors and materials over time is not considered a material or manufacturing defect. If you discover a material or manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion and in accordance with local law. Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. To file for a warranty claim, please contact clipainc@yahoo.com and please include any applicable photographs of the defected product. Upon receipt of the claim, a determination will be made. If it is determined that the claim is warranted, a replacement, repair, or a full refund will be issued upon receipt of the product. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect to the credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase. This warranty applies for one year from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return of Clipa products, except those with warranty claims.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Clipa products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs (if applicable). All merchandise must be returned unused with original hang tags. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Clipa. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect to the credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase. For returns, please contact clipainc@yahoo.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In addition to providing the RMA number, proof of original purchase will be required for a valid return/refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return of Clipa products.

PRE-ORDERS
Clipa may offer products on a pre-order basis, prior to the official release date. We will make our best effort to meet these release dates, but they are subject to change based on manufacturing schedules. Pre-order payments are processed immediately. We will send thorough updates if there are changes to the estimated delivery date of the product. If you decide to cancel a pre-order, please contact clipainc@yahoo.com and provide your order number and the reason for cancelling and we will issue a full refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect to the credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Clipa is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
